Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

For persons who require food assistance, the following information is required upon intake:
1) Full names of all individuals/members of the household
2) Souce of income
3) What circumstances have led to the need for food assistance?
4) Proof of residence such as: power bill, telephone bill or landlord agreement.
5) Personal ID is required

All hampers request are based on INDIVIDUAL circumstances.
Needs will be assessed during the intake process.
One hamper per month, to the day, will be provided upon presentation of proper documentation 10 times per year.
Persons may access front surplus area in between hampers. Items will be limited.
